Summer House

The union has a summer house in Skálavík. To book the house, call 312106 or 590930 from Monday to Thursday between 10:00-16:00 and Friday between 10:00-12:00.

The cosy summer house is 117 square meters and located at Hagabrekka 29. It is in a peaceful, family-friendly environment with a beautiful view of the valley. The house consists of one floor and is furnished as follows:
Entrance, hallway, utility room, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, kitchen, living room, and dining room with access to a patio and garden. Additionally, there is a storehouse.

The summer house can accommodate up to 10 people.

All necessary amenities are provided in the house, although guests must bring their own bedding, towels, and regular toiletries. The house is equipped with television and wireless internet.

A high chair and a travel cot for children are also available.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and pets are not permitted.

Payment 
The rental fee is 250 kr. per day for members and 600 kr. per day for non-members.

The rental period is calculated so that the renter checks in on the arrival day at 12:00 and must vacate the premises by 08:00 the day after the rental period ends. 

Payment must be made for a minimum of two days and a minimum of three days over the weekend, calculated from Friday at 12:00 to Monday morning at 08:00. 

The rental fee must be transferred to the union no later than seven days after booking and always at least seven days before the rental period begins. 

The rental fee must be paid immediately if the booking is made less than 7 days before the rental period starts. 

Payment should be made to account number 9181-478.193.9 at Betri Banki. The renter's name and membership number should be specified in the reference.
